Booking Confirmation

• Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment.

Damage Liability

• Any damage or loss to the equipment during the rental period will be the full responsibility of the client (Rentee).

Travel, Meals & Logistics

• Travel, accommodation, and meals for the ENG team and technicians will be arranged and paid for by the client.

Booking Requirements

• The client must submit a detailed equipment requirement list at the time of booking.
• A valid CNIC copy (or scanned ID) of the client is required for verification purposes.

Pricing & Taxes

• All rental charges will be finalized at the time of booking.
• Prices quoted will be exclusive of taxes (taxes will be added as applicable).

Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made before data transfer or equipment pack-up at the end of the project.

Deployment Policy

• Equipment will be operated and transported only by our official ENG team and technicians—no exceptions.
